Rules & Info

Entry Fee: 

$20 per square. Maximum 5 squares per person.

For Square contests, payment is required to participate. After you pay, email me to receive the link to pick your square(s). (Refer to the bottom of this website for payment options.)

How to Play:

This contest uses the traditional Super Bowl squares format, but in basketball, all number combinations have equal chances—so your odds are much better! The contest covers all 63 NCAA Tournament games, starting with Round 1 (play-in games are not included).

• Select your square(s) on the website

• You will keep the same square (numbers) for all 63 tournament games. The site will assign numbers randomly to each square.

• For each game, the winning team's last digit determines the X-axis (top) and the losing team's last digit determines the Y-axis (side).

Example: If your square matches Winner (top) = 4 and Loser (side) = 0, you win for any game ending in 4 & 0 >  84-80, 84-70, etc.

All individual winners and each member’s total wins for every round will be tracked and displayed on the hosting website.

The hosting site charges a small fee, which will be subtracted from total payouts.

Payouts:

• Full pool: 100 squares x $20 = $2,000 less the site fee (amount TBD).

• Each game (except the Championship) pays $TBD (62 games).

• The Championship game pays TBD ($2,000 minus the site fee and prior payouts).

• If all 100 squares are not filled, payouts will be adjusted based on the total number of squares sold.
