Payment method used (e.g., Venmo, Zelle) — to confirm your entry is paid; we don't store card numbers, bank logins, or other financial credentials
Team/contest selections — to run and score the pool you entered

How this information is used

To register you for the pools you join
To send pool announcements, deadline reminders, and payout information
To maintain accurate records of paid entries

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information with third parties
We don't publish participant lists, emails, or payment details publicly
We don't store full payment credentials of any kind
